80 – 100 points: It seems that you have not mastered a technolife balance and therefore may experience significant challenges and negative outcomes in your life. It is recommended that you make an appointment with a Technolife SMART coach today to take a full assessment of the impact that various contributing factors have on your life.
After you have identified the category that fits your total score, have another look at those statements for which you scored a 4 or 5. Did you realise this specific area in your life was a significant challenge for you?
