Adeli has gained more than 10 years’ experience in primary and secondary teaching, both locally in south Africa as well as abroad (UK and Germany).
In South Africa, she mainly worked with Grade 7 learners, focussing on providing counselling to teenage girls in making informed life choices.
As a mother of three pre and teenage children, I know the importance of tech-life with real life. I want to make it my mission to guide and support other parents who struggle to get this balance right for their children. I’m concerned that technology destroys family relationships and has the ability to control a child’s life without them even being aware of it.
